Job Description

We are seeking a committed and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care, collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop care plans, and contribute to improving clinical outcomes for patients.

Responsibilities

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team.
Assist in the development and implementation of individual care plans.
Provide education and support to patients and their families.

Required Experience

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.

Certifications / Licensure

Valid RN license in the state of practice required.
