Compass of Hope is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our Hampton office either full time with benefits or part time. This role includes providing medication management for children, adolescents, and adults, assisting with our Spravato/intranasal ketamine clinic up to two days per week, and offering overall psychiatric support to our clients. At Compass of Hope, we believe in thoughtful, relationship-based care rather than rushed medication check-ins. We are seeking providers who practice ethical, intentional prescribing, emphasize patient education, and support clients in making informed decisions about their care. Our team values collaboration, autonomy, and a shared commitment to improving the mental health and well-being of our community.

Must be comfortable prescribing medication for both children and adults. Training will be provided for our Spravato/Ketamine clinic. Preferred: 1+ year of experience and the ability to work independently. Requirements: Active, unrestricted license in New Hampshire Willingness to obtain licensure in Massachusetts and Maine to support our virtual clients, if eligible.
