Job Description

We are seeking an Information Technology (IT) Project Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for the management and delivery of technology related projects across various departments.

Project Manager – Core Services Responsibilities (CEC)

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee infrastructure and network projects including servers, firewalls, switches, SD-WAN, cloud migrations, and security deployments.
• Serve as the primary liaison between CEC technical teams, vendors, and client stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of each project.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
• Coordinate scheduling and execution with engineering teams while maintaining clear communication with clients.
• Track project milestones, risks, and changes while ensuring proper documentation and handoff to the support team.
• Ensure all deployments meet CEC standards for security, reliability, and documentation.

Project Manager – POS & Field Installations Responsibilities (CEC)

• Manage the planning and rollout of POS, networking, and related technology installations across client locations.
• Coordinate hardware procurement, staging, logistics, and installation schedules with internal teams and field technicians.
• Work closely with vendors, franchise groups, and store leadership to ensure smooth installation and minimal business disruption.
• Oversee multi-location deployment projects and maintain clear timelines and status updates for stakeholders.
• Ensure proper configuration, testing, and documentation of POS and network systems prior to project completion.
• Track post-installation issues and coordinate with support teams to ensure successful project closeout.
