As a Project Manager, you’ll lead the planning, coordination, and execution of mechanical construction projects from start to finish. You’ll oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and compliance, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within scope. This is a hands-on, high-impact role that requires both field and office collaboration with internal teams, clients, and vendors.
Salary: $95,000 - $135,000. This role is also eligible for an annual performance‑based bonus. Bonus eligibility and payout are determined by role, individual performance, and company performance, and are not guaranteed.
Position requires regular sitting, standing, walking, talking, hearing, and vision. Position requires the ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. Position requires work on a computer for extended periods of time.
Travel to jobsites and to meet with clients, vendors, general contractors and sub-contractors.
Valid driver's license and a driving record that meets company standards. Successfully pass a background check, drug screening, and employment verification.
