Project manager

Description : Schedule and oversee our construction projects. Contract and interface with our crews, and licensed contractors. Develop and assess new contractors. Check and vet for authorizations, standing, reputation, and state compliance. You will be responsible for the on-time delivery of our projects, and client satisfaction on-site. Creating estimates and bids for sales which you will be accountable for their accuracy. Provide efficient and effective plans and budgets. Scheduling all jobs and projects Submit ongoing progress reports and notes Electronically submit and follow project permitting. Maximize resources and costs.

Requirements : Minimum 7 years construction management experience Knowledge of electric vehicle charging and fleet construction will be an asset. Experience running multiple jobs at one time and on schedule. Construction project planning is required. Contracting experience Running multiple crews and projects simultaneously Electrical contracting and project experience Communicate effectively with clients and the corporate team. Proficient in email, spreadsheets, and other applications. Technically astute in construction and management. Highly organized and strategic.
