Project Manager / Application Analyst

Pay Rate: $60

Location: Bayhealth Blue Hen Campus | Dover, DE

✅ Must-Have Qualifications

• EPIC Cadence Certification (Required)
• 3+ years of EPIC Cadence analyst experience
• Scheduling and/or registration workflow experience
• Operational and/or IT background
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proven conflict resolution and stakeholder management skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred

🌟 Preferred Experience

• Clinical database software knowledge
• Healthcare application implementation, optimization, and support
• Experience working across multiple projects and interdisciplinary teams
• Strong understanding of workflow analysis and system improvement initiatives

What They'll Be Doing

• Leading and supporting application implementation and optimization projects
• Partnering with IT and operational stakeholders to deliver system solutions
• Managing complex projects across multiple applications and departments
• Facilitating end-user training, troubleshooting, and workflow enhancements
• Supporting strategic initiatives that improve operational efficiency and patient care
