Program manager (npi)

Alignment Engine Inc. (“Alignment”) operates the high-performance computing and NeuralSync electronics-manufacturing operations at the Chillicothe Advanced Industrial Campus — a multi-employer industrial site in Chillicothe, Ohio, where advanced manufacturing and digital infrastructure operate side by side as the campus re-industrializes. We hire across the disciplines required to run our operations, on a rolling basis as capacity ramps.

The role. Drive new-product introduction for DPU revisions: schedules, builds, and cross-functional execution from dev into production.

What you'll do:

• Own NPI schedules and build plans
• Coordinate engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing
• Run gate reviews and risk management
• Track deliverables and unblock teams
• Report program status to leadership

What you'll bring:

• 5+ years program/project management in hardware
• NPI process experience
• Strong cross-functional leadership
• Bachelor's degree; PMP valued

Pay range: $110,000 – $140,000 per year
