Mission: North Range Behavioral Health provides compassionate, comprehensive care for people who face mental health and addiction challenges.
Values:
At the Counseling Centers at Carbon Valley and Fort Lupton we believe mental health care is for everyone, not just during times of crisis, but as a foundation for growth, resilience, and lifelong well-being. Our clinicians play a meaningful role in empowering individuals, couples, and families to become that best versions of themselves. We proudly serve clients across the lifespan, from children and adolescents to adults and geriatric populations, offering compassionate, inclusive care tailored to each stage of life.
Our integrated, team-based approach includes individual, family, and couples counseling, group therapy, medication management, Early childhood development education and assessment, and outpatient substance use treatment. Together, these services support whole-person’s wellness and promote lasting recovering, for our clients and the community we serve.
The Program Director provides leadership and oversight of program operations, including planning, staffing, and service delivery. This role leads program development and change initiatives, supports staff through supervision and professional development, ensures fiscal and grant accountability, and—when needed—provides direct clinical services to individuals with mental health and substance use needs. This position includes eligibility for a monthly performance bonus.
