About the Role

  • Resolve scheduling conflicts, unexpected job conditions, and production challenges with practical, timely solutions.
  • Visit job sites to evaluate installation quality, troubleshoot issues, and ensure work meets project requirements and company standards.
  • Monitor labor and material use, production results, and callbacks to improve efficiency and reduce repeat problems.
  • Communicate professionally with homeowners, resolve concerns, and follow through on outstanding or corrective work.
  • Use Salesforce i360 to maintain accurate job information, track progress, document concerns, and review production reports.
  • Keep sales, administrative staff, and leadership informed of schedule changes, project challenges, and department needs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
