Mariani Landscape is seeking a Production Coordinator also known as a Landscape Supervisor. This associate is responsible for ensuring that Mariani quality standards are being met and procedures are being followed on each site in a safe and efficient manner by our crews at all times. This associate is also responsible for training all the crews on policy and procedures, as well as supervising the overall activities of the crew associates.
The essential functions of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
Minimum of 5 years field experience. Knowledge of equipment and plant materials used in landscape maintenance. Valid Illinois Driver’s License, CDL preferred. Valid Certified Landscape Technician license, or desire to obtain one. Minimize non-productive time and fill slow periods with activities that will enable you to prepare to meet the future needs of internal and external clients. Demonstrate strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with external clients and Mariani associates on a consistent basis. Ability to lead and direct others in an effective manner. Demonstrate a strong attention to detail. Ability to deliver quality results under tight deadlines. Demonstrate working knowledge of general computer functions and Microsoft Office programs. Demonstrate accountability for work being performed and completed on schedule. Demonstrate flexibility to perform duties wherever volume deems it necessary. Ability to navigate and use, with success and accuracy, the company production software (ASPIRE).
