Pay Range: $62.00hr - $67.00hr
Must Have Skills: Manage, oversee, and optimize the product lifecycle using Aha! (roadmaps, releases, features, dependencies, and workflows). Drive process improvements across the product development lifecycle to improve time-to-market and product quality. Partner with Engineering Operations to monitor and improve site performance, reliability, and performance metrics.
Good To have Skills: Define and enforce product development standards and success criteria.
Responsibilities: Ensure product pods are completing cross-functional planning: road mapping, scoping and prioritization alignment. Lead governance for feature milestones, acceptance criteria, and release readiness. Develop and maintain documentation for product processes, playbooks, and handoffs. Drive adoption of best practices in agile, product ops, and tool governance. Support training and onboarding for team members on Aha! and product processes. Contribute to incident response and post-mortems for product/services outages affecting sites.
