GlobalLINK Payments (GL Pay) is seeking a Vice President, Product Management to support the continued growth and expansion of State Street's institutional cross-border payments platform.

This role will be responsible for executing the product roadmap, supporting expansion into new markets and jurisdictions, and delivering capabilities that enhance client experience, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will combine product management expertise, business analysis skills, and payments industry knowledge to help drive the evolution of a strategic growth platform.

Key Responsibilities

Product Management & Roadmap Execution

• Partner with sales + product leadership to execute the GL Pay product strategy and roadmap.
• Define, prioritize, and deliver new product capabilities and enhancements.
• Manage product backlogs, requirements, and release planning within Agile delivery frameworks.
• Collaborate with Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Sales teams to ensure successful delivery.

Business Analysis & Product Ownership

• Gather, document, and validate business, client, operational, and regulatory requirements.
• Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and product specifications.
• Support sprint planning, testing, release readiness, and post-launch activities.
• Ensure solutions align with business objectives and client needs.

Market Expansion & Regulatory Support

• Support product launches and expansion into new markets and jurisdictions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to assess regulatory requirements and operational impacts.
• Contribute to business cases, operating procedures, risk assessments, and launch documentation.
• Support initiatives involving cross-border payments, payment regulations, financial messaging standards, and alternative payment networks.

Governance & Stakeholder Management

• Support product governance, risk management, audit, and compliance activities.
• Monitor product risks, dependencies, and remediation plans.
• Prepare materials for executive reviews, steering committees, and governance forums.
• Communicate roadmap progress, delivery status, and key priorities to stakeholders.
• Participate in client discussions, product demonstrations, and requirements workshops.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Payments, Treasury, FX, Financial Technology, or related disciplines.
• Strong understanding of cross-border payments, treasury operations, settlement processes, and financial messaging standards such as SWIFT and ISO 20022.
• Experience gathering requirements, managing product backlogs, and delivering products in Agile environments.
• Proven ability to work across Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Legal teams.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
• Experience working within regulated financial services environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with institutional payments, treasury services, transaction banking, or capital markets products.
• Familiarity with real-time payments, alternative payment networks, and emerging payment technologies.
• Knowledge of digital assets, stablecoins, tokenized deposits, distributed ledger technologies, or next-generation settlement models.

Salary Range:

$110,000 - $188,750 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
