CT Product Analyst II – Data & Digital Products

Location: Los Angeles, CA (Open to remote but prefer local candidates)

Assignment: 6-Month Contract (potential to extend / convert)

Pay Rate: $56–$64/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

About the Opportunity

A leading academic healthcare and medical enterprise is seeking a CT Product Analyst II to support the design, implementation, and ongoing management of digital and data products that enhance the experiences of patients, families, clinicians, and staff. This position will work closely with clinical, business, research, and technology stakeholders to understand business needs, translate requirements into user stories and workflows, and support the development of data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong product/business analysis experience with hands-on Cerner (Oracle Health), Tableau, and Power BI expertise and is comfortable communicating with stakeholders across a complex healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with clinical, business, research, and technology stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into clear requirements, user stories, and product capabilities.
• Gather and document requirements and develop workflow diagrams that can be translated into application and technical builds.
• Support the design, implementation, enhancement, and ongoing management of enterprise digital and data products.
• Develop dashboards, visualizations, and reporting solutions using Tableau and Power BI.
• Generate standard, ad hoc, and customized reports to support operational and data-driven decision-making.
• Work within a Cerner (Oracle Health) environment to support healthcare technology and data initiatives.
• Analyze business and technical challenges and recommend appropriate solutions based on organizational requirements and industry best practices.
• Conduct market and industry research to identify emerging solutions, technologies, and opportunities for product improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product value propositions and contribute to the ongoing development of product roadmaps.
• Create process flows, workflow diagrams, documentation, presentations, and other materials to communicate solutions effectively.
• Participate in Agile project management activities and help coordinate work across multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Support system implementations, enhancements, testing, issue resolution, and product rollouts.
• Assist with training end users and new team members on applicable systems, applications, and workflows.
• Provide professional customer support and assist with resolving application, reporting, and product-related questions or issues.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, business transformation, and innovation across clinical and administrative workflows.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of product analysis, business analysis, or closely related experience.
• Cerner (Oracle Health) experience is required.
• Hands-on experience developing visualizations and reporting solutions using Tableau and Power BI is required.
• Demonstrated experience gathering business requirements and translating them into user stories, workflows, process diagrams, and/or application requirements.
• Experience working within Agile project management methodologies.
• Ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, complex, and sometimes ambiguous environment.
• Strong reporting and analytics capabilities, including standard, ad hoc, and customized reporting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous hospital, healthcare, or healthcare information systems experience.
• Experience supporting digital health, clinical data, healthcare analytics, or enterprise healthcare technology initiatives.
• Experience partnering with clinical, operational, business, and/or research stakeholders.
• Familiarity with healthcare technology industry standards, practices, and regulatory considerations.
