The Stephenson Cancer Center’s Clinical Trials Office (CTO) is seeking a PRMS Project Coordinator to play a pivotal role in supporting groundbreaking cancer research. In this highly visible position, you will coordinate the activities of the Protocol Review and Monitoring System (PRMS), a critical component of every National Cancer Institute (NCI)-Designated Cancer Center.

Your work will help ensure that cancer research studies are scientifically sound, appropriately reviewed, compliant with regulatory requirements, and progressing toward meaningful outcomes for patients. About the Role

The PRMS Project Coordinator serves as the operational backbone of the Protocol Review and Monitoring System, coordinating all activities related to protocol review, scientific monitoring, committee operations, compliance tracking, and reporting.

The PRMS is responsible for reviewing research studies in the areas of:

• Cancer diagnosis
• Therapeutics and treatment
• Supportive care
• Prevention
• Cancer control

In addition, PRMS monitors institutional cancer research studies for scientific progress and performance, ensuring studies meet accrual and operational standards.

As the coordinator of this process, you will help facilitate the review of cancer research protocols from submission through committee evaluation while ensuring compliance with NCI requirements and institutional standards.

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree.
• 24 months of project management or related experience.

Equivalency/Substitution: Will accept 48 months of related experience in lieu of the Bachelor's degree for a total of 72 months of related experience.
