Requirements

• Valid Pennsylvania Life, Accident, and Health Insurance License.
• Documented track record of success in independent insurance sales or agency leadership.
• Deep understanding of the local Lebanon market and community dynamics.
• Strong command of presentation skills and public speaking.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide a team of producers.
• Proficiency in managing client databases and digital policy management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all agency sales initiatives while maintaining a high standard of client care.
• Act as a primary point of contact for complex insurance inquiries, ensuring every client feels heard and understood.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our presence within Lebanon and the surrounding regions.
• Mentor junior agents by sharing knowledge, refining their sales techniques, and fostering their professional growth.
