Policy Center Dev Technical Lead

The role will be responsible for solution design reviews, technical analysis, development oversight, code reviews, defect resolution, performance analysis, production support, and end-to-end delivery. The candidate will work closely with business architecture, QA, product owners, and offshore development teams to translate requirements into scalable Guidewire solutions.

Key skills/responsibilities

• Strong hands-on experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter configuration, Gosu, PCF, data model, and integrations.
• Review requirements/user stories and provide technical design estimates and implementation approach.
• Lead and coordinate the onshore-offshore PolicyCenter development team.
• Perform code/design reviews, branch/code/merge coordination, and release support.
• Troubleshoot complex application integration, performance, and production issues.
• Support SITUAT defect triage, production deployments, and post-production fixes.
• Experience with GUnit, Gosu scripts, Guidewire Profiler, and performance optimization.
• Knowledge and hands-on exposure to Generative AI technologies, prompt engineering, and AI-assisted development.
• Ability to identify and implement GenAI/AI use cases and accelerators to improve development productivity, code quality, testing, and delivery processes.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate across business and technical stakeholders.

Must be able to relocate to Jacksonville, FL.

• Guidewire PolicyCenter certification
• Cloud experience
• Generative AI/AI experience
• Prior experience leading large PolicyCenter implementation/transformation programs
