Position Summary

The Plant Manager is responsible for all day-to-day operations of the service and manufacturing facility. This includes maintenance of all equipment. Managing all production employees, meeting production requirements daily, monthly, and annually. Work and coordinate with Sales, and Customer Service. Develop This position is also responsible for scheduling all orders on the shop floor and coordinating and managing daily production schedule. Oversee equipment productivity and maintenance. Strong Machine shop skills, hands on maintenance background.

Essential Functions

• Plan and manage multiple production schedules to ensure 100% on-time delivery of customer orders.
• Analyze sales order releases with respect to capacity planning and material requirements.
• Quote shipments, contact carriers and generate bill of ladings.
• Coordinate outbound deliveries and shipments (with the production schedule).
• Generate and distribute daily summary reports.

Machine shop environment, Manual Lathes, D. Grinders and Welding equipment Maintenance of manufacturing machine shop equipment.

Required Education and Experience

Associate degree Must have 5 – 7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Ax and Outlook.
