JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform a variety of spa treatments including massages, facials, body treatments, and manicures/pedicures according to established protocols.
• Consult with clients to assess their needs, recommend appropriate treatments, and ensure a comfortable spa experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in treatment rooms and common areas.
• Keep accurate records of client histories and treatment plans.
• Assist in retail sales of spa products and recommend products for at-home use.
• Stay informed about current spa trends and attend training sessions to improve skills.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certification from an accredited spa therapy program or vocational school preferred.
• Proven experience in a spa setting or related customer service field is advantageous.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Proficiency in delivering a variety of spa treatments with attention to detail and client comfort.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Knowledge of skincare products, massage techniques, and spa equipment operation.
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
