Position Details:

• Coverage of assigned MHS facilities as outlined in practice plan.
• Inpatient and ED consults.
• Rounding.
• Perform bedside procedures, including cystoscopies as well as other necessary urologic procedures.
• Urgent/emergent surgery.
• Clinic consults, follow ups and procedures
• In-basket management.
• Manage patient list.

MultiCare Health System is seeking a BC/BE Urologist to join a well-established and expanding group practice at Capital Medical Center in Olympia, Washington. Requirements

• Completion of Residency Program
• Urologic oncology fellowship trained surgeon desired
• MIS robotic trained surgeon is a plus
• Open to new graduates
• Licensed in the state of WA by time of employment
• Board certified or board eligible in Urology by time of employment
• DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $625,000.00 - $625,000.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
