Physician Practice Manager / Healthcare Operations Leader – Barnes Healthcare Services

We are seeking a proven physician practice manager, medical office manager, or healthcare operations leader who wants their work to fulfill a greater purpose as part of a family united around serving others and making a lasting difference.

The leader we’re seeking:

• Builds authentic relationships —knows our referral partners, their people, their needs, and what matters most to them.
• Leads and coaches people — creates clear expectations, accountability, development, and ownership across the team responsible for referral intake and partner success.
• Solves systemic operational issues — identifies recurring internal barriers, works across Barnes to address root causes, and makes us easier to do business with.
• Owns partner concerns from beginning to end — coordinates solutions, communicates well, and turns problems into opportunities to strengthen trust.
• Exceeds partner expectations — understands what each referral source values and continually improves the Barnes experience around those needs.
• Understands the business — knows the revenue, profitability, and Margin of Freedom of their referral partners and uses financial truth to prioritize opportunities and decisions.
• Drives growth through relationships and execution — earns additional business by improving service, removing friction, and creating value for our partners and their patients.
• Onboards and integrates new partners — leads training, workflows, communication, expectations, and internal readiness so new relationships launch successfully.
