Physician - Outpatient PM&R - North Muskegon, Michigan

Corewell Health's Spine and Pain Management program is looking to add a BC/BE Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation physician to the forthcoming North Muskegon practice location. This position is part of our growing multidisciplinary team that currently has locations in East Grand Rapids, Grand Haven, Hastings, and Greenville, Michigan and will join an interventional pain physician along with future APP support. The ideal candidate is interested in an outpatient musculoskeletal focused practice and is interested in up to two days of interventional procedures.

• Required Doctorate
• BC/BE physical medicine and rehabilitation
• LIC-Physician (MD) - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required Or
• LIC-Osteopathic Physician (DO) - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required
• CRT-DEA Registration - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required
• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association 120 Days required Or
• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross 120 Days required
• CRT-Adv Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - AHA American Heart Association If required by specialty or stress test performed 120 Days required
