Physician - flight surgeon

Matrix Providers is hiring a Physician to join our team of talented professionals who provide health care services to our Military Service Members and their families in Albuquerque, NM.

Employment Status: Full Time

Compensation: $185-$190/hour

Schedule: Monday thru Friday 8 hour days between the hours of 6:30 am - 5:30 pm dependent.

Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen

Requirements: The Physician must have and meet the following:

• Degree: Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.).
• Education: Graduate from an accredited medical school in the United States or Canada.
• Certification: Board certified. Additionally, Current board certification in Aerospace Medicine is highly recommended.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of U.S. Military Flight Surgeon experience.
• Licensure: Current, full, active, and unrestricted license to practice medicine.

Location: Kirtland AFB

Job Summary: Perform a full range of physician services by privileges granted by the MTF. Direct, perform or assist in the instruction of other health care professionals within the scope of the clinical privileges or responsibilities.
