• Supporting a welcoming, professional, and positive patient experience.
• Assisting with administrative tasks, scheduling support, and basic computer-based workflows as needed.
• Communicating effectively with therapists, care coordinators, and fellow team members.
• Anticipating clinic needs and proactively helping the team maintain an efficient workflow.

Who We're Looking For

We value character just as much as experience.

Our ideal candidate is:

• Honest and accountable: Someone who demonstrates integrity, takes responsibility, and can be trusted to follow through.
• Reliable and punctual: Someone who respects their commitments and understands the importance of showing up prepared and on time.
• Professional: Someone who represents Fit Club positively through their attitude, appearance, and interactions.

• Passionate about fitness and physical therapy: Someone genuinely interested in movement, exercise, rehabilitation, and wellness.
• Proactive and detail-oriented: Someone who notices what needs to be done and takes initiative without constant supervision.
• A team player: Willing to help wherever needed to keep the clinic operating at its best.
