About the Role

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Concord, NC is looking for a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapy Aide to join our growing team! This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic outpatient clinic while making a real difference in patients' lives every day.

Responsibilities

Clinical Support

• Assist physical therapists and PTAs in delivering patient care and therapeutic exercises
• Prepare and maintain treatment areas, equipment, and supplies between patient sessions
• Guide patients through prescribed exercise programs under the direct supervision of a licensed therapist
• Apply and remove therapeutic modalities such as heat, ice, and electrical stimulation as directed
• Transport and assist patients with mobility, transfers, and positioning
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinic environment

Administrative Duties

• Schedule appointments and manage patient intake
• Process paperwork, insurance forms, and billing documents
• Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
• Update patient records and treatment notes
• Support front desk duties as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in a physical therapy, healthcare, or clinical setting preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-first attitude
• Ability to stand, lift, and assist patients physically throughout the shift
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Interest in pursuing a career in physical therapy or allied health is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $13 to $15 per hour

Schedule: Full-time or part-time 20 to 40 hours/week

Benefits eligibility after 90-day probationary period
