Ultimate Therapy is seeking Physical Therapists to join our growing rehabilitation team. We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities for clinicians who enjoy helping patients improve mobility, restore strength, and achieve greater independence.

What You'll Do

• Conduct patient evaluations and establish personalized treatment goals
• Develop and carry out therapy programs to improve strength, balance, and mobility
• Monitor progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and families on exercises and safe movement techniques
• Complete accurate clinical documentation and collaborate with the care team

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of practice
