Therapist – Outpatient Schedule All therapists work two nights until 8:00 PM. Options for 4x10 or 5x8 schedules are accepted.

Assignment Details No call requirement. No float or weekend requirement.

Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience required. NH State license and BLS certification required. Traveler experience accepted; first-time travelers with at least 1 year of experience are welcome. Travelers located within 50 miles will receive a $15 rate decrease. Familiarity with EPIC for EMR is preferred. Experience in geriatrics, orthopedics, outpatient clinic settings, and various assessment techniques is required. Skills in pain assessment, body mechanics, assistive devices, discharge planning, and patient-family education are necessary.

Responsibilities Evaluate and assess patients with various conditions: neuro, geriatrics, and orthopedic issues. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and long-term goals. Provide education to patients and families on home exercise programs and safety. Perform reassessments and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Utilize equipment such as gait belts, crutches, and various therapeutic modalities. Ensure maintenance of skin integrity and assist in pain management strategies.
