Therapist – Outpatient Schedule

All therapists work two nights until 8:00 PM. Options for 4x10 or 5x8 schedules are accepted.

Assignment Details

No call requirement and no float requirement.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience is required. NH State license and BLS certification. Experience in geriatrics, orthopedics, outpatient clinic, and various therapeutic skills including AROM/AAROM/PROM, pain assessment, gait training, and discharge evaluation. Familiarity with EMR systems, specifically EPIC.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patient needs in both neuro and orthopedic populations.
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care and reassess as necessary.
• Provide education to patients and families to facilitate optimal recovery.
• Utilize therapeutic modalities and techniques to improve patient outcomes.
• Participate in staff meetings and in-services for professional development.
