About the Facility:

Join a respected Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Portland known for delivering high-quality rehab services and fostering a collaborative therapy department. You'll have the tools and support you need to succeed—whether you're a new grad or seasoned PT.

Compensation & Benefits:

Estimated Rate Range: ≈ $45-60/hr, depending on experience, setting, and location. Full-Time Benefits Include: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO & Paid Holidays, Continuing education support. Some positions offer a sign-on bonus or relocation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients to improve strength, mobility, and functional independence
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
• Document patient progress using EMR systems
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program. Current OR License (or eligible to obtain). New grads and experienced PTs welcome! Strong communication and time management skills.
