Physical Therapist Homer AK

$126,000 Base Salary + 10% Net Profit Bonus | Housing Included | Monday–Friday

We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist who enjoys outpatient care and is interested in becoming part of the Homer community. This is a unique opportunity offering excellent compensation, provided housing, bonus potential, and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $10,500/month base salary ($126,000/year)
  • 10% net profit bonus
  • Housing included
  • 2 weeks PTO
  • Monday–Friday schedule

  • Administrative, billing, insurance, and staffing support
  • Established patient base and supportive team

What You’ll Do

  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide outpatient physical therapy and therapeutic exercise
  • Educate patients on home exercises and ongoing care
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals
  • Help patients improve mobility, function, and quality of life
  • Provide a welcoming, positive patient experience

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Alaska Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure
  • Strong communication and patient-care skills
  • Outpatient experience preferred
