Pediatric Dentist — Little Smiles, Big Connections!

Brentwood Pediatric Dentistry | Cool Springs & Maryland Farms | Brentwood, TN

Part-Time & Full-Time Opportunities

You bring the passion for little smiles—we’ll bring the warm welcome!

At Brentwood Pediatric Dentistry, we believe a trip to the dentist can be something children look forward to. From first-tooth visits to brave little patient victories, we make room for encouragement, laughter, and plenty of high-fives. We’re looking for a Pediatric Dentist who loves connecting with children, building trust with families, and making exceptional care feel comfortable and fun.

Two Locations, One Big Heart

Our Cool Springs and Maryland Farms offices in Brentwood, Tennessee, combine thoughtful, conservative care with a welcoming, kid-friendly approach. We help children feel comfortable, celebrate their progress, and give parents the guidance they need to support healthy smiles.

As part of Specialty Dental Brands (SDB), you’ll also join a broader community of pediatric dentists, orthodontists, and oral surgeons, with resources and support to help you grow while staying connected to your local practice and patients.

What Your Days Could Look Like

• Turning nervous first visits into proud “I did it!” moments.
• Providing preventive and restorative care tailored to each child’s needs.
• Helping families understand treatment options with warmth and clarity.
• Working alongside your team to create positive, comfortable patient experiences.
• Celebrating little milestones and building relationships that last for years.

We’d Love to Meet Someone Who…

• Has a DDS or DMD and has completed an accredited pediatric dentistry residency.
• Holds, or is eligible to obtain, a Tennessee dental license.
• Brings compassion, sound clinical judgment, and a collaborative spirit.
• Enjoys connecting with children of different ages, personalities, and comfort levels.
• Believes kindness and a little creativity can make a big difference in a child’s day.
