Job Description

Job Details:

Job Location: WIN (WO5)-Winthrop Street Dentistry - Worcester, MA

Position Type: Full Time

Salary Range: $20.00 - $25.00 Hourly

Job Category: Health Care

At Elite Oral Surgery Associates, the Patient Coordinator is more than a front desk role — you are the first impression and a key part of creating a calm, welcoming experience that helps patients feel comfortable from the moment they walk in. If you thrive in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment and know how to keep a schedule running smoothly, we’d love to meet you.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 5 pm

What You’ll Do

  • Create a welcoming, high-energy environment by greeting patients and setting the tone for an exceptional visit
  • Keep the day running seamlessly by managing the schedule, minimizing wait times, and proactively solving issues as they arise
  • Serve as the connection point between patients and the clinical team, ensuring smooth handoffs and clear communication
  • Support patients through their visit — from check-in to check-out — including scheduling next appointments and collecting payments
  • Present treatment plans, explain insurance coverage, and discuss financial options with confidence and accuracy
  • Stay ahead of the schedule by confirming appointments, verifying insurance, and following up on missed or late arrivals
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all processes align with HIPAA standards
  • Contribute to a clean, organized, and professional front office environment
  • Support the team with onboarding, training, and day-to-day office operations
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

This is an opportunity to step into a well-run, team-oriented practice where your role is essential to both the patient experience and the success of the office.
