Join Our Team at Cuyuna Regional Medical Center. At Cuyuna Regional Medical Center (CRMC), we're more than just a healthcare organization - we're a community dedicated to making a meaningful impact. For more than 60 years, we've been providing compassionate, high-quality care in the Greater Brainerd Lakes Area and beyond. Our team is driven by a shared commitment to excellence, innovation, and putting people first - both our patients and our employees. Whether you're on the front lines of patient care or supporting operations behind the scenes, you'll find a culture of collaboration, growth, and respect. If you're looking for a career where your work truly matters, we invite you to join us at CRMC and be part of something bigger.
As the Manager of Scheduling and Switchboard, you will help make it easier for patients to connect with the care they need while leading scheduling, outreach clinic reception, and contact center teams across our primary location and outreach clinics. Reporting to the Patient Access Director, you will build a supportive team environment through coaching, staff development, and collaboration with the Manager of Patient Registration on cross-training and shared staffing resources. The role offers a mix of hands-on leadership and problem-solving, from helping staff navigate busy call periods and resolving patient concerns to finding ways to improve scheduling and communication. You will work alongside clinic leaders, providers, Revenue Cycle, and Clinical IT to turn workflow challenges and performance insights into practical improvements for patients and staff. Through daily team engagement and periodic visits to outreach clinics, you will stay connected to the people doing the work and help shape a more coordinated, responsive patient access experience.
In Clinic Scheduling at CRMC, our team works behind the scenes to ensure that every patient is seen, every provider’s time is maximized, and the clinic operates as seamlessly as possible. It’s a role that requires attention to detail, and the flexibility to adjust in real-time, all while following established workflows to ensure accuracy and efficiency in clinic schedules. Whether it’s a creating a visit to establish care, accommodating urgent appointment requests, or handling unexpected disruptions, we make sure that every schedule (and reschedule) is managed with precision. What makes Clinic Scheduling unique is our ability to adapt to changes while ensuring a positive and professional experience for every patient we assist. If you have the patience, persistence, and problem-solving skills to keep clinic schedules running, join us in Clinic Scheduling at CRMC.
The pay range listed above is the estimated starting pay range for this role.
