Patent paralegal

SourcePro Search has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Patent Paralegal. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years of IP experience in a mid to large law firm. This role offers a generous compensation package and excellent work culture.

Core Responsibilities:

• Update and manage patent portfolio and competitor databases.
• Prepare Information Disclosure Statements.
• Prepare foreign reference submissions in countries with a “duty to disclose.”
• Prepare patent status reports, patent family trees, and patent timelines.
• Assist with preparation and filings of documents with the US Patent and Trademark Office.
• Calculate patent-term adjustments.
• Review case file histories for allowed matters.
• Review outgoing file and electronic record transfers.
• Conduct research and perform library and online searches.
