Join the EZ Loader Boat Trailers team and help keep boaters on the water! Do you love solving problems, helping customers, and keeping things running smoothly? Our Parts Department is looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Parts Support Specialist to be the go-to resource for our retail and wholesale customers. If you enjoy a fast-paced day that mixes customer service with hands-on warehouse work, this is the role for you!

What You'll Do

• Help customers find the right parts, answer product and installation questions, and provide accurate quotes by phone, email, and at the counter.
• Enter orders, process payments, and keep customers informed on order status and shipping updates.
• Pick, kit, pack, and ship orders using Epicor/Quick-Ship and UPS, FedEx, USPS, and LTL carriers.
• Receive, stock, and organize inventory using barcode scanners and inventory systems.
• Operate carts, pallet jacks, and forklifts (training provided) while keeping a safe, clean, and organized workspace.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED.
• A customer-first attitude with strong communication and people skills.
• Computer skills, including Microsoft Office; UPS/USPS portal experience is a plus.
• Sharp attention to detail, solid math skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the day in a warehouse setting.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.

Bonus points:

• 3–5 years of shipping/receiving experience, forklift or warehouse experience, or knowledge of trailer products.
