Position Overview:

Parts Manager – Automotive - Fowler Toyota Norman, a proud family-owned dealership, is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Parts Manager to lead our parts department and contribute to our continued success. We're looking for a results-driven leader with experience in inventory management, team development, and customer service who understands how to operate an efficient, profitable parts department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Team Development: Recruit, hire, train, motivate, and manage parts department personnel.
• Inventory Management & Profitability: Analyze monthly sales, expenses, and inventory performance to achieve department profitability goals.
• Customer Service & Operational Excellence: Work closely with the service department to ensure special-order parts are available and installed in a timely manner.

Qualifications & Experience:

Two to four years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Physical Demands:

The Parts Manager regularly stands, walks, and sits and frequently reaches with their hands and arms; climbs or balances; and stoops, kneels, crouches, or crawls.
