QualDerm Partners is looking for an experienced Mohs Surgery Medical Assistant to join our Wilmington, NC team. This is a great opportunity for someone with dermatology experience who enjoys hands-on patient care, surgical support, and being part of a collaborative clinical team.
In this role, you will work normal business hours, supporting Mohs surgeons during procedures, preparing patients, assisting with documentation, and helping ensure each patient feels comfortable and well cared for throughout their visit. Dermatology experience is required, and Mohs or surgical dermatology experience is a strong plus.

High school diploma or equivalent; Medical Assistant certification or surgical technician training preferred.
Experience working in dermatology is required.
Strong knowledge of medical terminology and surgical aseptic techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and clinical staff.
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and healthcare software.
Commitment to patient confidentiality and adherence to HIPAA regulations and clinical protocols.
