PALANTIR FOUNDRY APPLICATION SUPPORT ANALYST

We are seeking a Palantir Foundry Application Support Analyst to support users and existing applications within a Palantir Foundry environment. This position is less focused on building applications from scratch and more focused on keeping existing solutions running effectively, helping users navigate the platform, troubleshooting issues, supporting onboarding, and improving overall adoption.

The ideal candidate has experience working within Palantir Foundry and combines technical troubleshooting skills with the ability to communicate effectively with business users.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for Palantir Foundry applications and users
• Troubleshoot application, platform, and user issues
• Support new-user onboarding
• Coordinate user access and permissions
• Assist users with navigating and utilizing Foundry applications
• Triage application defects and coordinate issues with development teams
• Manage and document enhancement requests from users
• Develop user guides, training materials, and support documentation
• Deliver user training and application guidance
• Monitor application usage and user adoption
• Support application releases and communicate changes to users
• Track recurring issues and identify opportunities to improve the user experience
• Work closely with developers, business users, and technical teams to resolve problems

• Experience supporting business users in a technical environment
• Experience with user onboarding and access management
• Strong documentation skills
• Experience developing or delivering user training
• Ability to manage support requests, defects, and enhancement requests
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users

⭐ Experience supporting Foundry applications, Ontology/Objects, workflows, permissions, or other Palantir platform functionality is highly desirable.
