Position: Paediatric Dental Office Manager

Our well-established dental practice seeks an experienced and organized Dental Office Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and support our clinical team in delivering exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with proven experience managing a dental office and a deep understanding of patient experience, compliance, and financial performance.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support front office staff and daily administrative operations.
• Oversee scheduling, billing, collections, and insurance processing.
• Ensure adherence to all compliance protocols (HIPAA, OSHA, etc.).
• Manage team performance, training, and employee relations.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure an efficient, patient-focused workflow.
• Track KPIs and contribute to the financial goals of the practice.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of dental office management experience.
• Proficient with dental software (e.g., Dentrix, EagleSoft, Open Dental).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of dental insurance and billing procedures.
• Professional, dependable, and organized.
