General Duties:

• Select and set up instruments and materials needed for the patient's orthodontic appointment
• Work with the orthodontist chairside in detailed orthodontic appointments
• Provide orthodontic care instructions
• Cross-trained in sterilization processes
• Gain the trust of the children by being personable and comforting
• Create a fun and inviting experience for both patient and parent
• Get along and work effectively with others
