Work schedule: Overnight, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, Friday into Saturday and Saturday into Sunday, every other weekend.

REQUIREMENTS:

• BSN required or dedication to acquiring within three years of the date of hire
• Current RN licensure required
• Must have Operating Room Registered Nurse Experience.
• CNOR certification a plus.
• Candidates must be proficient in both scrubbing and circulating responsibilities.
• Candidates must be available to work a flexible schedule ranging from part-time to full-time hours, including both day and overnight shifts, during orientation and training.
• Required educational sessions are conducted during day-shift hours, and attendance is mandatory.
• Orientation will include both day and overnight shift experiences to ensure comprehensive training and competency across all aspects of the role.
• Flexibility and commitment to completing the full orientation and training program are essential for success in this position.

Hourly Pay Range:

$42.11 - $67.37

This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
