• Track deadlines, shortages, late items, and open tasks through completion
• Maintain accurate ERP transactions and supporting documentation
• Run and distribute operational reports covering open orders, shortages, shipments, receiving discrepancies, performance analytics, and contract tracking
• Build and maintain Excel reports using tables, lookups, and linked spreadsheets
• Coordinate follow-up across internal teams and multiple locations
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory discrepancy research
• Maintain SOPs, reports, logs, tracking sheets, calendars, meeting notes, and action-item lists

What We Are Looking For

• 2+ years of operations experience
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Analytical, organized, and deadline-focused
• Ability to coordinate across teams, systems, and competing priorities
• Manufacturing and/or distribution experience preferred
• Experience with inventory control, shipping documentation, and certifications preferred
• College degree preferred

We are looking for someone who does more than identify an open item. We are looking for someone who helps move it forward.
