THE OPPORTUNITY

As an Office Manager, you'll oversee the daily operations of a busy ophthalmology practice, ensuring an efficient workflow, a positive patient experience, and a supportive environment for your team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead and support the daily operations of the clinic
• Supervise, train, and develop office staff
• Manage HR-related activities at the clinic level
• Oversee patient registration, checkout, and medical records
• Optimize provider schedules and patient flow
• Maintain office supplies and clinical equipment
• Step in to support front office operations when needed
• Monitor office performance and recommend process improvements
• Stay current on ophthalmology industry trends

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• 3–5 years of medical practice management experience
• Experience working with EMR systems
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• A collaborative leadership style with a passion for developing teams
