Office Coordinator

Your Role

ReSource Pro is seeking an Office Coordinator to provide administrative support and reception for the Compliance office. This is an in-office position located in Vincennes, IN.

In this role, you will...

• Office reception and support
• Oversee general administrative functions and logistics of the Compliance office, including office supply management and breakroom/kitchen supplies.
• Receive visitors, answer phone calls, and forward calls to the appropriate partners. Serve as the main phone line operator.
• Administrative support
• Scan client documentation into the system in a timely and accurate manner.
• Send and receive packages and handle mail. Forward mail to the appropriate partners.
• Teamwork and collaboration
• Support Compliance initiatives as needed. Partner closely with other team members to ensure communication, collaboration, and partnership for all employees.
• Partner with Compliance Lead Generation as needed, and cross-collaborate and support where requested.

What you need to be successful...

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Outlook, Access, and strong Excel skills
• Customer-centric mindset: enjoy providing a service and solving customer problems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information to clients and effectively de-escalate customer frustrations
• Team player mentality and commitment to supporting other team members
• Process-focused and detail-oriented, with a commitment to accurate documentation
• 1–2 years of administrative, customer service, retail, or call center experience that includes heavy components of communication and organization

Your compensation...

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and they are one part of the total compensation package, which also includes annual bonus eligibility, benefits, and other opportunities at ReSource Pro. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other ReSource Pro employees. The salary range for most locations for this role is $17.00–$18.00 per hour. The salary range may vary based on experience and on the specific geographic location in which the candidate resides.
