WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Assist the Occupational Therapist with resident evaluations and treatment plans
• Help residents improve strength, mobility, coordination, and daily living skills
• Teach residents how to use adaptive equipment and assistive devices
• Monitor resident progress and communicate updates to the therapy team
• Document treatments, progress, and outcomes accurately
• Provide encouragement and support to residents and their families

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• Associate's degree from an Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Current Occupational Therapy Assistant license/certification
• Experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care
