NOW HIRING: OB DIRECTOR (RN)

Location: Hancock, Michigan 49930

Pay: $45-$65/hr

OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Obstetrics (OB) Director, Registered Nurse (RN) to provide leadership and clinical oversight for Labor and Delivery services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in labor and delivery nursing, a commitment to quality patient care, and the ability to support and lead a healthcare team in providing safe, compassionate maternal and newborn care.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide clinical leadership and oversight for Labor and Delivery services.
Support the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care for mothers and newborns.
Promote compliance with clinical policies, procedures, and applicable healthcare standards.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (MUST-HAVES)

Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN).
Active Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Previous Labor and Delivery nursing experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE-TO-HAVES)

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN).
Four years of Labor and Delivery experience preferred.
Two years of healthcare leadership experience preferred.
Relevant certifications:

Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP).
AWHONN Electronic Fetal Monitoring (AWHONN-EFM).
AWHONN Perinatal Orientation and Education Program (AWHONN-POEP).
STABLE Program certification.
