Job Description: Under general supervision, performs assigned direct care activities and basic nursing procedures in a nursing facility or home health care.

Minimum Qualifications: Must be certified as a Nursing Assistant and one (1) year of experience required at the lower-level Nursing Asst 1 (HCS050) or position equivalent.
