REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Master's degree or higher
• 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
• Primary Care
• Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
• Care Management
• 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
• Occupational Health
• Occupational Medicine
• Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in Texas (TX)
• ANY of the following valid certifications:
• American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)
• American Red Cross Advanced Life Support (ARC ALS)
• Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS)
• Epic EMR proficiency required

Physician Assistants (PA) with occupational health experience will also be considered.

OVERVIEW

This contract role is designed for an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a strong background in primary care and occupational health. The ideal candidate will be comfortable delivering care in a fast‑paced environment, performing clinical duties within NP/PA scope of practice, and using Epic for documentation. ACLS certification is required. Shift times will be finalized with the client.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide primary care and occupational health services
• Perform clinical duties consistent with NP/PA scope of practice
• Use Epic EMR for documentation, charting, and care coordination
• Conduct assessments, manage patient needs, and support workplace health initiatives
• Maintain accurate, compliant medical records

SCHEDULE & SHIFT DETAILS

Shift times to be determined. Example shift: 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM with a 30‑minute meal break. Full‑day onsite coverage required.
