Job Description

Shadow Medical LLC in Stockbridge, GA is looking for one to two nurse practitioners or physician assistants to join our team in the creation of a Direct Patient Care model clinic. We are located at 245 Country Club Dr Bldg 300 Suite B, in the Eagles landing area of Stockbridge.

Ideal candidates are well-versed in family, pediatrics, or obstetrics care and will operate in a primary care setting with limited procedural and concierge services. Mid-level providers should be comfortable working in a concierge-like environment with the benefit of generous time slots and an inviting atmosphere for patients and staff alike. Eventual training for aesthetics procedures, skills, and other concierge-level services will be expected for candidates who adapt well to the structure and culture of our established and patient-loved clinic.

To be successful, candidates will be expected to grow and maintain their panel of patients to a manageable level. Given the large number of patients currently treated at the clinic, this should not be incredibly difficult for a conscientious, affable NP or PA. If you feel that you have these qualities and demonstrated experience in primary care, you should apply without delay.

Compensation: Initially part time per patient panel size. Previous experience in Aesthetics, Family or Emergency Care is a huge plus but not a requirement. Ability to build rapport with patients. Ability to thrive in a Concierge practice. Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and treat acute, episodic or chronic illnesses with an emphasis on Cosmetic Aesthetics and weight loss.
  • Prescribe all necessary medications and treatments.
  • Perform comprehensive physical examinations of patients and cosmetic procedures.
  • Develop and implement patient management policies and procedures.
  • Communicate with collaborating physician or specialist regarding patient care.

Hours: Initial Part time moving to full time.
