While most of the hotel is winding down for the night, something important is happening behind the scenes. The day's business is being reviewed. Revenue is being balanced. Reports are being prepared. Systems are being reset. Details are being checked. That's where you come in.
We're looking for a Night Auditor who takes pride in accuracy, organization, and getting the details right. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, is comfortable with numbers and technology, and understands that the accuracy of tonight's work sets the hotel up for tomorrow's success.
The role is centered on accurate auditing, financial balancing, reporting, system troubleshooting, recordkeeping, and preparing hotel systems for the next day's operations.
We're looking for someone who is:
The position requires basic mathematical skills, accurate calculations using a 10-key, the ability to work with a moderately complex computer system, and the ability to address guest and employee concerns in a friendly and positive manner.
Because your work matters—even when most people aren't awake to see it. The Night Auditor plays an important role in keeping the hotel financially and operationally organized. You’re the person making sure:
If you enjoy having ownership of your work and taking satisfaction in knowing that you left things better and more organized than you found them, this could be a great fit.
You might be the perfect fit if you're the person who:
Our standards emphasize professionalism, courtesy, adaptability, punctuality, attendance, continuous learning, problem-solving, and following appropriate safety and security procedures.
Yes, you'll work with reports, revenue, settlements, and systems. But you're also part of the hotel team. A guest may need assistance in the middle of the night. A coworker may need help. An unexpected issue may require someone who can stay calm and make a good decision. Being a Night Auditor means being both accurate and approachable. You help protect the integrity of the hotel's operations while continuing to provide the level of professionalism and service our guests expect.
If you're a dependable, detail-oriented professional who enjoys numbers, technology, problem-solving, and working independently, we'd love to meet you. Bring your attention to detail. Bring your problem-solving skills. Bring your reliability. Apply Today! Join our team and help us close each day with confidence—and make sure tomorrow is ready to begin.
