RESPONSIBILITIES

WHAT YOU’LL ACHIEVE

In the Next Generation Sales Academy (NGSA), you will engage in an intense program that will prepare you for long-term success within the Dell Technologies Sales organization. You will go through a 2-3 week training period learning our full storage portfolio. You will then receive ongoing coaching and training on products, how to run a basic sales cycle, prospecting, qualifying, and customer communication. You will also be given shadowing opportunities to be exposed to various teams within the NGSA program.

You will:

• Be immersed in the sales and technology industry by talking to customers and qualifying opportunities to drive company revenue
• Be exposed to the NGSA management team, full time associates, full time inside sales representatives, field teams, renewals team, and development team.
• Participate in white board competitions, group messaging competitions, and meet daily or weekly call metrics.
• Compete in Intern Olympics and complete an end of summer capstone project.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Working towards a Bachelor's degree
• Passionate about a sales career in the technology industry
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to influence others and convey a sense of urgency to drive issues to closure

Compensation

Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this position is $16.70 - $23.20 depending on location.
